Everything you capture lands in the Inbox as a signal. Extract finds the requirements in it.

Ways to add a signal

Paste text. Email headers are recognized.
Import .eml, .msg, .md, .txt, .docx, .pdf, .csv and images

Extract

Extract reads the signal on your computer and proposes candidates. Each one shows the quote it came from, how confident Prodsy is, and a possible duplicate. Highlighted spans in the signal show where each candidate came from.

Accept creates a new requirement with the quote as its first source
Merge adds the quote as evidence to the requirement it may duplicate
Dismiss sets it aside. It stays in the signal, and Undo brings it back.

Tip Extraction always runs on a local model while “Keep raw content on local models” is on.
